- Directions for use: For Minor cuts and grazes: Gently bathe apply Zam-Buk lightly, use a dressing. Chapped Hands, Chilblains: Rub in gently to affected areas Sore, Aching Feet: Bathe feet in warm water then rub in Zam-Buk
