Used by Athletes of All Levels: From Olympic Athletes to novice runners, basketball players, fitness enthusiast, and more, the Zensah Compression Leg Sleeves are a favorite among athletes.
Moisture Wicking and Ultimate Comfort: The compression leg sleeves are moisture wicking, ensuring they stay dry and lightweight even during the toughest runs and workouts. The leg sleeves are made with innovative Zensah fabric, which is anti-odor and ultra-breathable. A seamless design means no irritating tags or seams to cause discomfort.
Shin Splint Relief: The Zensah Compression Leg Sleeves were designed by professional athletic trainers to specifically target shin splints. The v-shaped chevron ribbing on the front of the sleeve provides the same relief as kinesiology tape without having to worry about being "taped up" by a trainer. The compression in each pair of leg sleeves helps to stabilize muscles and prevent injuries. Whether suffering from shin splints due to running, playing basketball, or just everyday activities, Zensah Compression Leg Sleeves help to provide much needed relief.
Calf Support and Injury Prevention: Micro-ribbing on the back of the leg sleeves provides calf support. Using the leg sleeves while running can reduce calf cramps and lessen fatigue. Pin-point compression provides targeted support where it is needed the most. The compression in the leg sleeves also helps to provide muscle stabilization, reducing micro tears and preventing injuries.
Improved Circulation and Faster Muscle Recovery: The compression in each pair of leg sleeves helps to improve venous return, increasing blood flow and circulation. This leads to faster muscle recovery time, as muscles receive more of the oxygenated blood they need to recover. It is also good for traveling, at it helps to reduce leg swelling.
What makes Zensah Compression Leg Sleeves Unique? While other compression leg sleeves feature flat fabric that provide only compression, Zensah’s Compression Leg Sleeves feature chevron ribbing on the front of the leg sleeves (v-shaped pattern). This provides direct support to the shin area, similar to the way athletic tape would provide shin splint relief. The leg sleeves also feature micro-ribbing the back of the leg sleeves to provide direct calf support to reduce cramping and fatigue.

I had a white pair that I wore for several runs per week and finally just replaced them with a brand new pair. My physical therapist recommended this product as an alternative to KT tape, which can become expensive and time-consuming to apply every time I run (I'm a girl, so I don't like leaving KT tape on more than 24 hours because I like to shave my legs). In the beginning, while still in PT for severe shin splints with all sorts of nasty scar tissue, I actually wore these sleeves under my pants to work and whatnot. I went with the Kelly (hehe) Green simply because they were the least expensive but the color is really bold and makes wearing somewhat-embarrassing leg sleeves a little more fun. The color is not as subdued as they appear here, but a true Kelly Green. As for sizing, I have enormous 16-inch calves at their widest, and the S/M fits great. Doesn't cut off circulation but snug enough to provide excellent support.
I use these as varicose vein prevention during my long shifts as a nurse. They leave my legs feeling very good after 12 hours on me feet. Color is vibrant. I have noticed NO fading.
After taking an extensive hiatus (~4 years) from running I decided to resume my long lost passion. I was a bit overzealous starting out as I was caught up in how good it felt and found myself quickly adding on distance. I went from doing about 10 mi/wk to 40/wk in about a month and a half. You can imagine the expletives my 36 year old shins were shouting at me daily. They needed help mending so I could keep going out and doing what I had loved doing for so much of my life. I looked into the problem and found these sleeves. What was even better was that they're made in the USA! I decided to get two pairs. After placing my order, I waited...eagerly. Upon arrival (I'm currently overseas so they took about 3 weeks to reach me) I promptly put them on and took off for an easy 4 miler. They worked great from the first step. My shins felt better and I actually found my pace picking up a bit, too. That was 2 months ago now, and I still use them on four to five days a week on every run. I use...
