This simple barrier and antiseptic cream is based on a time tested formula used for decades in European households. It is often used on babies' delicate skin to prevent and treat "nappy rash". It is easy to apply and not so thick that it is overly sticky, yet leaves a waterproof barrier on the surface of the skin. The added mineral, zinc, has a mild, antiseptic action. Castor oil itself has anti-inflammatory components. Many uses can be found for this versatile cream. Unscented, and free of peanut oil and lanolin. Similarly effective, yet simple, Zinc and Castor formulas can be easily found in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, but not readily available in the US until now. Directions: Apply to clean and dry skin. NOTE: Safe for occasional use with cloth diapers. Liners are recommended with persistent use with cloth diapers.
