- Accurate testing angle: Designed to maintain a 45° angle to the sur-face of the coating film, this tester is crucial for obtaining precise hardness measurements. Remember to keep the pencil tip sharpened as per instructions.
- Effective testing method: For evaluating paint film hardness, the tester contacts the sur-face at three points - two from the roller and 1 from the pencil lead. Ensure the roller maintains a 45° angle with the sur-face while applying horizontal pressure to perform the test.
