- Polarimeter Magnification: Equipped with 4x magnification, the dial scale increments by 1°, while the vernier scale allows for precision readings of 0.05°.
- Function: The disk polarimeter is capable of measuring specific , purity, concentration, and content levels of various active substances, including sugar solutions, turpentine, and camphor.
- Instructions: To operate, power on the device and activate the polarized light through the polarizing filter. Observe a clear view through the eyepiece. Insert the test tube into the measuring chamber and adjust the vernier knob for uniform brightness. After achieving this, record the vernier scale to complete your measurement.
