How to install it
1.combine the handrail and tighten the screw1 as pic shows
2.tighten the screw 1 1.combine the long bar with screw2
3.notice the cushion and screw 2
4.tighten the screw 2 with curtions
5.put the kart on scooter and connect with belts

How to Use:
You need to grasp two pull rod, through them to control the speed
if you want to move forward or speed up, please put the pull rod down
if you want to slow down or retreat, please pull the pull rod behind
Operation is the same with people standing on the scooter
