Description
- High-strength material: Made of hardened steel, hardened and accuracy ground on all 6 sides of each block, it ensures that blocks have extremely high abrasion tolerance and durability.
- Accurate dimensions: Each Block has undergone strict processing, accuracy with squareness on all sides within .0002" per inch.
- Multi-functional use: This pair of 1 x 2 x 3 Inch blocks is not only fit for milling, but also can be used in fixtures, supports and a variety of other mechanical processing applications.
- Convenient 23-hole design: Each block has 23 pre-drilled holes, 5 are threaded holes, which are used for clamping, the remaining 18 are untapped holes, 5 threaded holes are 3/8"-16 in size, and the other 18 holes are 9mm in diameter.
- Product design: Cross drilling design gives minimum weight and maximum strength.
- Heat treated and case hardened to HRC 57-62
- Made of precision-grade tool steel hardened and ground on all 6 sides of block
