Trouble Shooting
•Wi-Fi setup issue, please make sure:
1) your phone is not connecting to a 5G Wi-Fi signal (instead please choose 2.4 Wi-Fi signal).
2) the wifi password has at least 8 characters and no special character in the wifi password such as !@#$%^&*()_+.
3) for Andriod phone the first digit of wifi password is not "0".
•inconsistent signal, it could be due to:
1) too many devices sharing the same internet network.
2) the IP camera is too far from the router if using Wi-Fi connection.
•other quality and setup issue, please insert a pin to the bottom of the camera for 10 seconds for reset
