Description
- Material - Made of high quality casting steel for long life and increased durability. All parts heat treated
- Specification - This mill clamping kit includes: 6 T-nuts, 6 flange nuts, 4 connecting nuts, 24 7/16 studs: 4 - 3 , 4, 5 , 6, 7 , 8, 6 step clamps, 2 based on stud group, 12 step blocks and 24 double ended bolts
- Size Note - The size of the the studs are 7/16 inch and the nuts are matched with the studs. If the studs are blocked during insert into the nuts, it may be the insert angle is not corrective, pls knock on the floor for times and continue insert and tighten the nuts
- Purpose - T-Slot clamp kit is applicable to the specifications of T-slots of various mechanical worktables, designed for fixed use of molds, jigs, etc,and used for clamping of workpieces of machine tools, molds, lathes, CNC and various metal cutting machine tools
- Function - The clamping kit is very suitable for clamping real, square, parallel and other workpieces, with good clamping force
