Description

  • Product Features: The 300-015973 securely connects the leaf springs of a boat trailer to the chassis mounting brackets. Its wear-resistant bushings reduce metal-to-metal friction, absorb vibration and noise, ensure flexible suspension movement, and enhance both the trailer's driving stability and the service life of its components.
  • Compatibility: This kit is designed for EZ Loader boat trailers and is compatible with C-2 and larger leaf springs with a load capacity of at least 2,300 pounds. It is designed for 9/16-inch bolt mounting.
  • High-Quality Materials: Features high-strength galvanized carbon steel bolts and wear-resistant black nylon bushings. The robust, durable materials withstand humid environments and prolonged friction, making them ideal for outdoor use on boat trailers and ensuring a longer service life.
  • Easy Installation: After securely supporting the trailer, remove the leaf spring mounting bolts, take out the old bushings, and clean the mounting holes. Press the new steel bushings and nylon bushings vertically into place. Align the bolts with the frame and leaf spring holes, then insert them and tighten evenly until secure.
  • Applications & Replacement Timing: Suitable for leaf spring suspension systems on all types of boat trailers. Provides stable performance during routine towing, travel over bumpy roads, and in outdoor humid environments. Replacement is recommended when unusual noises occur during operation, bouncing becomes more severe, the bushings show signs of wear or cracking, or the leaf springs do not move smoothly.
