  • Material: Constructed from YG10X carbide (tungsten steel), the drill bit is hardened up to 91.5HRA, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and the bending strength is greater than or equal to 2800 N/mm2.
  • Features: Carbide tool offers long tool life and faster cutting speeds than other substrates, and it is higher hardness but is more brittle. Carbide material with good cutting performance, can ensure high work efficiency.
  • Tips: Used on machining centers, CNC lathes. Adapt to several kinds of cooling conditions, such as oil mist, water, oil, air cooling. It is not recommended to be used with a hand drill. Hand drill is easy to shake, poor stability, which makes drill bit easy to twist off.
