- Wide Applications: The chucking reamer is designed for accurate enlarging, smoothing or finishing holes in stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, plastic, wood, and other non-ferrous metals, widely used in various parts of machinery such as gears, bearings, bushings, etc..
- Straight Flute Reamer: Allows chips and debris to escape easily from the hole, well suited for most applications in shallow cuts. Can achieve the required roundness, straightness, and concentricity of the hole.
- Machine Reamer: Used in drilling machines, milling machines, lathes, and machining centers. Can be used with a wide variety of tool holding systems. Reamers are used for light cut, repair work, removing stock or simply for enlarging holes.
- Uncoated Reamer Drill Bit: Features just the base substrate without any additional coatings, used on a wide range of materials, including aluminum, brass, copper, mild steel, plastics and composites. Tapping fluid or cutting oil can be used to lubricate the reamer and workpiece to help reduce friction and increase tool life.
