- Each end fastener assembly includes a 1/4-20 button head socket cap bolt and a double wing clip. Used to connect two 1.0" extruded aluminum profiles at a 90 degree angle (machining is required).
- Provides a fixed, 90 degree connector with moderate-strength that is completely hidden on your 8020 aluminum extrusion.
- Popular 8020 hardware that is perfect for applications where you need a hidden connection and can be used with other t slot aluminum extrusion.
- This t-nut can be used in a wide variety of applications including 3d printers, cnc machine, building industrial aluminum frame structures, CNC laser cutters, Robotics Projects and more.
- NOTE: Requires two machining services to utilize: an end tap on mounting profile and an access hole in the mating profile to reach the screw head.
Provides a clean, hidden method of connecting closed-sided and quarter-round profiles at 90Â° without the use of joining plates. The winged tabs prevent the mating profile from rotating. A centerhole tap is required on the mounting profile and the mating profile requires an Access Hole to gain access to the screw head of the end fastener. 1/4-20 BHSCS included for mounting to profile end.
