- This drill jig with guide you with access hole placement on 8020's 1" x 1" extruded aluminum profiles.
- This extruded jigs is made out of aluminum, comes with a clear anodize finish, and includes dowel pins to help center the jig.
- Self centering drill guide allows you to drill out 0.201" (5.1mm) access holes in your t-slot 10 Series 1010 profiles.
- Best used with part #6115 drill bit (sold separately).
- Perfect to have around if you machine your own aluminum extrusions and need a good way to drill straight holes.
Access Hole Drill Jig for creating precise thru holes in 1010 profiles to access end fasteners. Hardened dowel pins ride in t-slot to prevent rotation. Replaceable, hardened steel drill bushings. Locator lines are etched in 6061-T6 clear anodized body for accurate hole location.
