Black QuartShimrin Graphic Kolors (SG), BC25 and BC26 are universal basecoats that may be cleared for a final finish, or used as a basecoat for Kandys or Pearls. HOUSE OF KOLOR SHIMRIN Universal Base Coat may simply be cleared for a final finish, or used as a base coat for Kandys or Pearls. SHIMRIN Black Basecoat offers full coverage in 3-4 coats. Clear for a final finish, or use as a base for Kandys.
