1. Place Two Scoops or More to Taste of Your Favorite Ground Coffee in the BCI Coffee Master Pour Over Coffee Dripper. We recommend Medium Fine Grind - But it's Personal Preference. The Finer the Grind, the Slower the Brewing Process.

2. Bring Water to a Boil. Pour a Small Amount of Hot Water Hot Water Over the Coffee in the Cone Dripper to Wet the Grounds.

3. VERY IMPORTANT STEP Allow the Wet Coffee Gruunds to "Bloom" for 20-30 seconds - The Bloom Allows Coffee to Release Natural Gases and Expand Slightly.
