I just finished reading this book today. It offers some amazing information for all ages for meditation. I have done meditation for years and have wanted to expand my energy healing business to helping children. I have read many books lately on this subject and found this one to be exactly what I needed. This is a small book packed full of useful tips, suggestions, examples and scripts to be used when teaching meditation and mindfulness to children. The book includes a nice overview of many aspects of meditation, and other related practices. Lorraine Murray's easy style of writing is simple and direct, empowering the reader to go ahead a try these activities. Practicing and teaching meditation need not be complicated, and anyone who has children or works with children would benefit immensely from the ideas put forth in this book.
