I absolutely loved this book. I am always looking for new ways to improve my health, and the dash diet is actually a very new concept. However what I do like is the quality and health benefit that it provides your body. Good book if you need to lose some weight or just learn more about nutrition. Not to mention there's over 50 different recipes to choose from, what more do you want?!
The book gives a good introduction about Dash Diet after it moves to the recipes.
I am using Dash Diet and it was amazing to find out that it works. I have gained many good outcomes or results from this book such as more energy, healthy and fit bodies with proper exercises. I was shocked and amazed that I can probably lose weight on this diet because you don't feel like you're dieting at all. Why? because there are so many options but needs to be properly monitored and regulated in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

I really enjoyed reading this book because it works effectively as the instructions of following Dash. This is really a diet book because it was posted there what to eat and not, that helped me a lot. This was so helpful; because sometimes I forgot to buy nutritious foods ahead in the market due to my busy work schedule but now I can draw or plan through the given lists. I can imagine good recipes that are delicious and realistic

The DASH diet is necessary for so many people as hypertension is such a widespread disease.
This book swamps the reader in to recipes that follow the DASH diet principles. A worthwhile book if you are interested in the DASH diet as a way of lowering your blood pressure.
