I had not had this book 30 MINUTES and had already marked pages with flags to go back to. SIMPLE stuff like how to answer the phone to include a plug for your business, how to make professional emails with signature blocks (without the silly clip art images to dress it up thinking that was going to get attention) and even learned about "ostrich marketing"! I read many positive reviews and many negative reviews about this book before I bought it and almost didn't buy it because somebody said all it did was state the obvious over and over again.
