- Dual Functionality- Whether you need a cooling relief or heating relief your Boo Boo buddy is there to help. For Cooling Therapy: Place pack in the freezer for at least one hour. When frozen solid remove pack from freezer. Caution! Wrap in cloth before use. Apply pack to affected area and enjoy the relief! For Heat Therapy: Place pack in Microwave for 5-10 seconds. Caution! Ensure that the pack is not too hot. Wrap in cloth before use. Apply pack to affected area and enjoy the relief!
