A high scoring Espresso! Our Belle is the highest rated espresso blend ever with a "94" by cupping taste guru Kenneth Davids of coffee review. For this tasting Ken tried 40 espressos and rated over 30. In the small cup medium in body but smooth in mouth feel, crisply pungent yet caramelly sweet, with a tightly knit, understated complexity: Brandy, chocolate, caramel, cedar and flowers, hints of which persist in the roundly rich finish. Masters milk with a gentle, brandied chocolate authority. Intense aroma: brandy, chocolate, caramel. I would add hint of berry and great creme. EXTRACTION RECOMMENDATIONS DOSE: 20 grams - double shot TEMPERATURE: 201 degrees TIME: 24 - 26 seconds VOLUME: 1.7 - 2.0 oz
