The Rada Cutlery R118 Bagel Knife has a wide, double-sided serrated edge which makes it the perfect choice for cutting breads and baked goods.  This will be your go-to kitchen knife for cutting bagels, muffins, scones, cakes, croissants and much more!  The blade measures 6 inches and has an overall length of 10-1/8 inches.  The blade on the bagel knife is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel. The hollow ground blade ensures a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention.  The handle on the bagel knife is made from permanently cast silver brushed aluminum with a satin finish.  This kitchen knife should not be washed in the dishwasher.  Handwashing is recommended.  Rada Mfg.
