The Rada Cutlery R102 Small Peeling Paring Knife is specially designed for peeling.  It has a short blade length o 2-1/2 inches that makes it easy to control as you remove the skin from fruits and vegetables.  It will be the paring knife you turn to when preparing garnishes for your meals.  The hollow ground blade is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel that is hand sharpened.  The shorter blade allows for easier maneuverability which is perfect for those cutting jobs that require real precision.  The solid brushed aluminum handle has a satin finish giving this paring knife a professional look.  The handle is not only tough, but durable and comfortable to use. Hand wash only to protect the aluminum finish. Rada Mfg.
