The Rada Cutlery R135 Spreader Knife is the utensil you need when hosting your next party, creating a cheese platter or putting a spread on your bagel in the morning.  It’s perfect for cheeseballs, cracker spreads, dips, frosting, jams, yogurt, or any food that you might want serve.  The blade on this knife measures 3-3/8 inches and has an overall length of 6-7/8 inches.  The blade is made from 300 series high nickel stainless steel and has a shallow, one-sided serrated edge good for getting through harder foods.  The face is sturdy and non-flexing which makes for effortless spreading.  The handle on the spreader knife is made from permanently cast silver brushed aluminum with a satin finish.  This kitchen utensil should not be washed in the dishwasher.  Handwashing is recommended.  Rada Mfg.
