The warm summer air felt delicious. Rebecca was considering walking home to save cab fare, though it would be a half-hour hike from Soho back to Amanda’s East Village apartment.
“Hey there, gorgeous. Looking for me?â€
Rebecca spun around to see Tyler leaning against the wall of the bar, smoking a cigarette. She approached him and he offered her a smoke, which she declined. “Yeah, I should quit,†he said, taking one last drag then flicking the butt away. Rebecca watched the smoke sensually flow out from between his full lips, then said, “Kiss me, Tyler.â€
He smiled and wrapped his arms around her, pulling her body tightly against his before pressing his lips on hers and softly sliding his tongue into her mouth. Despite the taste of cigarette, Rebecca melted into the kiss. So sexy, so hot. She became aware of other sensations: the buzz from the alcohol, the way her breasts felt pushed up against Tyler’s chest, and an exhilarating feeling in the pit of her stomach.
Breaking the kiss, Tyler looked down at Rebecca and whispered, “Do you have any idea what I’d like to do to you?â€
