• 【Simple discreption】This is a 220V 2.2KW Square air-cooled spindle motor come with a ER20 nut and collet. Current is 6A, frequency is 400HZ, precision tapered bore is less than 0.005mm and runout off is Less than 0.01mm.
• 【Spindle speed】The speed of the spindle motor is 0-24000RPM. Because it is a high-speed spindle motor, the spindle speed must not be lowered than 9000 rpm during the use of the spindle. Also ,it should be noted that the spindle only can rotate clockwise but not counter-clockwise.
• 【How to wring it to Inverter】The spindle’s terminal U1, V1, W1 are connected separately to inverter’s terminal U, V,W. Connect any 2pin terminal "R", "S" or "T" of the inverter to "220VAC".
• 【Note】Before driving, turn the shaft by hand first. The temperature's rise caused by the high-speed rotation of the spindle motor can be eliminated by the coolant circulation system.
