Nice tips, but only as deep as something that a consultant would know. Not helpful for those of us who really need to know why the workplace is so unnecessarily stressful. I do not blame necessarily, but I do not attribute overworking and workaholism to unnatural drive to do so; I know people who have deadlines and work piled on when their other work isn't even done. How can one deal with something like this? I think unrealistic expectations are to be shared with employers and not just the workers.
This book contains good and important tips and information in overcoming stress at work. It is also well written and easy to follow. The most important thing - it really helps! I recommed!
Dealing with stress is no fun at all. I had to experience it first-hand for most of my younger years. When you experience it for such a long time, it can seem like a permanent problem. Luckily, solutions do exist. Among them are exercise and diet. I've tried yoga for 20 minutes per day for several months. The resulting calmness is incredible. This is a short guide with some good points to take notes on. I don't subscribe to magic solutions, but in this case if you want to start somewhere might as well here and now.
