The book is divided into three parts. We live in an era of anti-science. Nutrition is no exception. I am delighted to get a well written, clear, and science based book on nutrition. Of course the book advocates a whole plant life-style. Neanderthals went extinct (or got absorbed) because they could not adapt. We face a nutritional crisis. Rather than looking back to our caveman past, or our present processed, franchised, fast food system, I think our future lies along the lines of Tom Campbell's book.
