This is a very simple book to start a yoga program. This book will provide you various styles of Yoga. The author has written a clear straightforward guide with concise illustrations and instructions that are easy to understand and follow. The description is for someone starting out, perhaps, but the photo must be some variation or advanced version. I knew about Yoga in past but never felt any interest about it. But after reading the book, I have started to practice Yoga regularly and now I am feeling the benefits of it. From this book you will learn how to relax through Yoga. Various yoga poses to practice; Yoga asana for losing weight, Yoga asana for healing purposes all are available here. This book has all the information we need for us to relieve stress, depression and everyday dramatic changes. Get this book if you want to know more facts about yoga and live healthy.

Yoga has always been the most beneficial activity in addition to meditation, because let's be honest these days what most people need is to relax, forget for a moment the problems and concentrate on what really matters: health. Our work, family and home eventually exhaust ourselves and stress us out. So I think that every home should have at least one book about meditation / yoga because even the smallest can do it.
This book is such a great example of good material. In it you will find from breathing techniques to the strangest positions and still very good for the body.
Something that if I would like to say is that yoga is very good for weight loss too and this book will teach you techniques to achieve that. Of course I want to be like the woman on the cover but that is a bit harder: 3

This guidebook is outstanding and helpful. This book is perfect for the beginners and inside of this book the author has described about how to weight loss and improve fitness throw proper Yoga. Actually, I had a huge interest to learn about Yoga and for that reason I purchased this book a few weeks ago.
My elder brother notified me about this book and it’s discount period. I did not forget to purchase this book and by reading this book I am pleased. By reading this book I have learned Yoga breathing techniques. This book guided me about how to limber up my feet, legs, arms, hands, head, neck and shoulders.
