The Rada Cutlery R108 Carving Knife will help you to cut bone-in meats.  Using a regular knife to carve large cuts of meat is not only ineffective, but also time consuming.  You’ll quickly carve roasts, whole birds, fish, ham, and other foods without struggle. The precision sharp blade will allow you will yield more meat when using this carving knife by cutting closer to the bone.  The hollow ground blade ensures a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention.  It is made from surgical grade, T420 high carbon stainless steel that is hand sharpened creating a razor sharp edge.  It has a 6-5/8 inch blade and measures 11 inches overall. The handle on the boning  knife is made from silver brushed aluminum.  It is designed for comfort and performance.  Handwashing is recommended.  Rada Mfg.
