Most Helpful Customer Reviews
Some of the material in this book might be helpful if you're not already familiar with it, but as with other books in the series, I didn't find anything new here, and I have seen most of these ideas presented better elsewhere. It's absolutely helpful to get out of your story and focus on the facts of a situation, but I was irritated by the author's discussion of "agreed reality" versus "what is so." I thought the section on confirmation bias was ok, but I could have done without the extended discussion (for such a short book) on the "illusion of the self."
There weren't too many editing or formatting errors. Other readers may find this more helpful and less irritating than I did.
I volunteered to review a free copy of this book.
